Kenny McFadden was a friend of the legend Magic Johnson and developed NBA star Steven Adams into the player he is today.
McFadden, 61, was farewelled at his tangi in Te Whanganui-a-Tara on Friday. Te Ao Toa's Brooke Ruscoe was there for his old coach.
