Native Affairs - Interview with Hekia Parata on Taumarunui High

Taumarunui High School is being criticised by some in the community for not putting enough effort into teaching Te Reo Māori.  Japanese is offered year round at the school while te reo Māori is offered to students for just 6 weeks of the year.
