Co-leader of the Māori Party, Tariana Turia has called for more action from the Electoral Commission to encourage Māori to enroll on the Māori roll.
Speaking from Parliament today, Turiana outlined her dismay at the Commissions inaction, and says Māori are on an unlevel playing field when it comes to exercising their political power.
