Over the weekend New Zealand First leader, Winston Peters went from zero to hero, defying commentators, including the Prime Minister to steal the Northland seat away from National.
Peters trounced rookie Mark Osborne winning by 4,012 votes.
The new MP for Northland joins Mihingarangi Forbes in studio.
