Prince Harry touched down in New Zealand for the first time a few hours ago.
He landed in the capital ahead of his week-long visit throughout the country from Stewart Island to Auckland.
On his arrival, he was greeted by Prime Minister John Key who escorted him to Government House for a traditional Māori welcome.
Māori leaders led Prince Harry to Government House.
From start to finish, the official proceedings were conducted according to Māori tradition.
For every student from Hato Pāora College, it was an occasion to remember, and one they'll never forget.
Tomorrow, Prince Harry will tour Wellington before heading down to the South Island.
