Api Pewhairangi has signed a one-year NRL contract with the Warriors
The 22-year-old from Ngāti Porou was a standout player at a Warriors' New South Wales Cup trial recently.
Dean Bell, Warriors general manager of football says, "We immediately invited him to join our squad that resulted in him being contracted.”
Pewhairangi made four NRL appearances for the Parramatta Eels in 2013.
