Sonny Te Aramoana Waiti has appeared in the Rotorua District Court charged with kidnapping Ana Eriepa.
She was dragged for more than a kilometre at high speed along the road between Tokoroa and Putāruru on Saturday night. Our Bay of Plenty reporter, Mere McLean, has this report.
