Auckland has hosted the Rangatahi Māori League Tournament for more than 10 years. It's a tournament that saw the emergence of league stars Kevin Locke and Aaron Heremaia.
Tournament chair, Greg Whaiapu, says that more talent like this will no doubt arise.
